Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand AutoCAD drawings and project designs to ensure precise execution.

- Lead the production process, collaborating closely with factory supervisors to guarantee the flawless execution of exhibition stands and event-related structures.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements
- Masters degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production and project management within the events and exhibitions industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong knowledge of materials including MDF, wood, steel, Styrofoam, and fiberglass, as well as spray and water-based paint applications.
- Prior experience in wooden fabrication is essential.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills.
