Description:

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience (e.g., Technical project Management and Change Management)
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work with respective stream leads and ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Work with respective stream leads and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Prepare status reports and steering committee reports
• Maintain and manage risks, actions, decisions and issues
• Report and escalate to management as required
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Coordinate with stream leads to Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Coordinate with stream leads and maintain comprehensive project documentation using standard tools available for Daman
• Track project performance and analyse successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other stakeholders
• Work with stream leads and manage escalations of team members, external parties and business stakeholders
• Build a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on ownership and problem solving
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
