Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual who will act as a facilitator for our streaming platform, coordinating stakeholders to fulfill development requests while maintaining effective communication with our engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and requests are accurately communicated and addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and track development status, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the streaming process, project workflows, and engineering practices.
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Continuously assess and optimize project management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
- Work closely with the Hong Kong-based supervisor and teammates to align on project goals, progress, and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the streaming or technology industry.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mandarin communication skills are a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
