Job: Parsons is looking for an energy-efficiency minded Sales Engineer to develop and manage our sales based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for developing the Danfoss Climate Solutions product portfolio in District Energy.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and building strong business relationships with consultants, contractors and end users.
• Good application knowledge on district energy concepts and Chill water systems.
• Managing sales pipeline and development.
• Generating and cultivating effective long-term relationships with customers through regular and meaningful contact.
• Developing and executing feasible sales plans plus building a comprehensive customer database.
• Developing, qualifying, following up, and closing sales opportunities, reporting all in the Sales Pipeline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the field of district cooling or relevant sales in Control valves and energy meters.
• Clear understanding of value selling is an important success factor.
• Experience in CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
