Responsibilities:

• Support employees in the UAE throughout the whole process of relocation, visa issuance & renewal, as the subject matter expert in the location (including planning ahead, managing queries etc.)
• Vendor manage the visa agencies
• Be the point of contact with the UAE immigration and authorities, if required
• Keep records in HR system of visa-related information
• Create & maintain employee guidelines in regards to visa processes
• Assist in other ad-hoc HR operational-related tasks as requested from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business Management, or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in visa process in DWTC authorities
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
