Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on current real estate trends in Sharjah and the surrounding areas.

Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits that align with clients’ needs and preferences.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding properties, pricing, financing options, contracts, and legal requirements.

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to secure the best possible deals.

Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary property information and ensure a smooth sales process.

Manage and maintain a database of client information, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system.

Requirement

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a reputable real estate company in Sharjah.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car for commuting to property locations and client meetings.

Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Sharjah and the surrounding areas.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
