BestBuy Real Estate is looking for experienced Real Estate brokers for commission based role in Sharjah & Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Searching all the properties in the assigned areas.
- Assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.
- Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
- Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients.
- Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
- Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
- Follow company’s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
- Identify new leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.
Requirement
- Real Estate experience in UAE, minimum 6 months.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
- Strong negotiator.
- Ability to work independently with great dedication.
