Manage the clinic’s front desk, including handling phone calls and inquiries.

Schedule appointments, manage patient registration, and coordinate with medical staff.

Ensure a positive patient experience by providing clear and empathetic communication.

Maintain organized records and data at the reception area.

Qualifications:

Excellent #communication #skills in both #English and #Arabic (spoken and written).

Previous receptionist experience or similar customer-facing roles.

Strong customer service orientation and a welcoming attitude.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic clinic environment.

Proficiency in using #computer_systems and office software.
