Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, international organisation, in either a Human Resources or recruitment role.
• Manage expectations of both hiring managers and candidates.
• Extensive knowledge of candidate management systems as well as the major job boards and social media channels.
• Manage the whole recruitment process from taking the brief, advising managers of candidate availability, to sourcing, interviewing and manging offer negotiations.
