We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to take overall responsibility for film and television show production:/
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective, and that all hiring decisions are made in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Requirement:
- Candidate should have experience in aviation / airline industry.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in UAE is not mandatory
