Responsibilities:

• Prepare Strategic Marketing Plans of assigned products according to determined timelines to ensure optimum short and long-term development, market contribution and responsible for the achievement of related targets.
• Ensure budget achievement of agreed sales targets as well as the long-term growth of assigned products.
• Assess market indicators and competition landscape to generate insights and execution
• Drive and manage overall commercial / marketing campaigns and price management
• Define and guide the brand/account/activation plans within the local teams and global stakeholders also focusing on portfolio management
• Develop Sales force capabilities by fostering specific trainings and change management initiatives – upskilling retail and vet teams
