Description:

To guide and drive the company academic affiliation strategy and related academic, research and innovation projects through collaboration with academic institutions to position Mediclinic Middle East as a leading learning and research institution in the UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the team
• Formulate and drive the company academic strategy
• Guide and support the direction for company research and innovation agenda
• Provide operational oversight and clinical guidance on academic programmes

Job Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Higher degree in academic field of study in clinical research, epidemiology or related fields will be an advantage
• At least 8 years’ experience as a senior clinician, including 5 years relevant exposure to educational and research activities
• Relevant experience in clinical hospital operations, clinical education and teaching
