We are in immediate requirement of Relationship Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this crucial role for our company, you will be responsible for prospecting new food and agri-SMEs, understanding their business risks, and identifying solutions to mitigate them. You will achieve this by building strong relationships with our clients, acquiring business critical data, and analyzing this data for smarter customer acquisition, retention and servicing. Your role will be pivotal in serving as the main point of contact for our clients and delivering our innovative digital propositions to them.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new sales leads and contribute to the growth of our client base by closing sales.

- Data Analysis: Analyze clients’ data to identify key insights and trends, enabling you to provide strategic recommendations that address their specific needs.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team by presenting the value proposition to sales leads and current customers, helping them understand how our services can benefit their businesses.

Requirement
- 4-6 years of client relationship management experience in the UAE with a trading or a financial services firm, with a proven track record of delivering service and targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
