1- Relationship Operations Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting : Ensuring all teams have a common daily view of business status and gaps are identified timely and managed appropriately.
- Own and drive BMS cadence within region(Format, frequency, metrics etc)
- Sales Incentives and Commissions: Quarterly setup, management and ownership of timely and accurate payouts.
- Drive adoption of enablement tools and systems as devised centrally.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in sales operations or business operations required
- Customer-focus as you will communicate with customers & internally every day
- Proficiency in Excel (from intermediate up to advanced level )
- Experience in influencing multiple levels of management
