We are looking for a Financial Analyst with FP&A experience. The key for this role is to support regional financial team for Financial Planning and Analysis for several business units.

Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Analysis for several business units
2. Regional operations reporting
3. Monthly analyses of performance against budget
4. Creating reports to monitor financial performance for our Regional Operations Leadership Team
5. Maintain financial / forecasting models and data analysis tools.
6. Lead the annual budget, periodic/rolling forecast and business plan processes, identify the reasons behind, risks and opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to seek for and implement the solutions.

Requirement
- 5-10 years professional FP&A working experience.
- Must have Financial and accounting education background.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.
- Good work commitment and interpersonal skills.
