Job Responsibilities:
- As Research & Analyst you will have the Market Intelligence with focused on potential clients screening centralising hotels know-how & best practices as well as supporting overall team strategy.
- You will have the responsibility to analyse, identify and provide a clear list of functionality enhancements related to the main contact centre systems.
- You will ensure there is a correct cost & benefit analysis performed in order to agree and plan priorities for system development.
- Further, you will make sure efficiency and productivity of the services provided are the main driver and Service Levels are met within budget and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, IT…)
- With internationally recognised certification i.e. STR, HVS or equivalent
- 7-10 years demonstrated experience in analysing and driving CRM system development and improvement
- Excellent business English both written and spoken.
