As a researcher, you will be integral to the delivery of the assignments and projects across the executive hiring team. You will have a great opportunity to deepen our understanding of the competitor landscape by presenting your clever research & insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects in a timely manner on linkedin or via market mapping as required
• Identify top talent for roles, regionally and internationally as required by the business
• Conduct research for executive search, using a variety of methods of sourcing including ATS, social, online, network, add ons, direct advertisement etc
• Identify the talent landscape, producing a market map with clear flow and coverage of the required market

Job Requirements:

• Excellent research skills gained from working in a similar role within a search firm or inhouse executive hiring team
• Excellent excel skills gained from exposure to manually creating mapping from research
• A keen interest in luxury retail gained through personal interest or work experience
• Ability to set and deliver to project timelines
