Description:

As Reservation Manager, you will be supervising General Job Performance of reservation department implementing of policies and procedures. Ensures smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective, and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue to meet or exceed the revenue target.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable of the entire Reservation Procedure according to the Hotel system
  • Develop and implements reservation SOP
  • Being able to skillfully use and train team about reservation systems (Tars and Opera)
  • Monitor and support team performance to achieve high work productivity.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as as  Assistant Manager or similar position.
  • Additional certification(s) in Hotel and Hospitality will be an advantage.
  • Proficient English language (Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading).
