The Reservation Executive handles the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms. He/She needs to ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system, and maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations in accordance with established standards and/or scripts.
• Respond to and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, travel directions, etc.
• Provided assistance and support with departments to ensure smooth flow of operations especially dealing with guests booking and reservations.

Job Requirements

• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of similar or relative experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Excellent English communication skills
• Amenable to work in flexible and/or rotating shifts
• Familiar with reservations and booking systems used in hotel industry
