Responsibilities
- Manages and regularly optimizes the restaurant operations
- Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and makes them settle properly within the operations and the team
- Evaluates the team performance, coach, and provides feedback to improve productivity
- Monitors the team attendance, vacation leaves, and prepare the monthly payroll accordingly
- Follow-up on customers’ orders for dine in and delivery are being served on time and up to Rosa Thai’s standards, and respond efficiently to their complaints
- Performs daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure good product quality, address engineering problems involving the cost, installation, and maintenance of such equipment

Requirement
- You must have more than 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity and with F&B industry
- You must have outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills

- You are currently located in the UAE
