Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent and dedicated guidance to the stores of competence, in order to ensure compliance with global company policies, procedures & standards.
• Ensure the full efficiency of store back-end processes and the utmost care for company’s product.
• Coordinate global retail operations strategy implementation in close partnership with Senior Retail Management and Store teams.
• Periodically visit all the stores in the designated area and conduct audits and trainings for all aspects of Retail Operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Luxury Fashion is a must
• Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross functional teams
• Proficient with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer software (Internet, POS Systems, etc)
