The Retail Performance & Operations Manager – ME supports the brand retail network under his/her responsibility in all aspects of the business, aims to deliver operational excellence and ultimately provides exceptional experiences for our internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Execute the Alaia Retail Excellence Program via monthly store reviews and report results/feedback to HQ
b- Make sure the grooming, VM and store experience guidelines are well executed and implemented in the store
c- Manage and is accountable for key operational KPIs (inventory, cycle counts and audit) and develop action plans to deliver excellence.
d- Work closely with HQ on the sales follow up vs BU, LE and the previous years

Job Requirements:
a- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a major relevant to the role
b- Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Operations role
c- Prior boutique experience, ideally as a Store Manager/ Boutique Manager
