1- Retail Team Leader

Description:
In this role you will be responsible for the assigned Retail locations. Supervises and performs a variety of duties related to display and sale of merchandise items; maintains retail area and merchandise in a safe, clean and orderly fashion; maintains merchandise stock while meeting LEGOLAND Dubai sales goals and assuring sound employee and customer relations. Also assists Retail Assistant Store Manager with daily cash handling and opening/closing duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules, assigns and supervises the activities of Retail Associates to ensure timely and efficient completion of daily responsibilities
- Responsible for merchandise orders/paperwork, stocking, ticketing, merchandise display and housekeeping
- Manages and monitors cash register operations and cash control to ensure accuracy
- Understanding and use of the cash register and inventory system
Job Requirements:
- Three years of experience within a customer or guest service related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory handling, and of point of sale (register) systems is helpful
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Effective communication skills required
