Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Preventive Maintenance Plan for rides and attractions to extend the natural life of Company assets and keep unplanned downtime to a minimum.
- Develop and implement long range rehabilitation program (5–10-year master plan).
- Develop and manage Maintenance annual operating budget in line with Company overarching strategy, including Labour, Supplies, Spare Parts, and Capital Expense.
- Provide support to new projects and expansion, efficiently leveraging synergies across the organization while ensuring adequate level of staffing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
- 7+ years in Maintenance Department, including at least 3 years in management position
- 5+ years working in Theme Park / Roller Coaster
- Strong technical skills (rides, especially roller coasters)
