Description:

• Safe and efficient organization and operation of maintenance department administrative duties.
• Maintain the electronic document management system.
• Create and maintain various documents and records as required, maintain an updated manual and electronic filing system.
• Receive and follow up work request related of maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate & follow up for the department related CAPEX’s.
• Provide assistance to management for yearly Maintenance & consumable budget for department.
• Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance for yard & workshop equipments.
• Provide assistance to Management for various secretarial / administrative requirements.
• Coordinate and submit monthly utilities consumption report of clients and business partners to accounts.
