Responsibilities
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. To ensure success as a marketing executive, you should be attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience. You will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery. You should also remain up-to-date with shifts in social media use. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements. You should be preparing a good and effective marketing budget on a monthly basis. In addition to this, you should possess great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Requirement
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, flyers, website material etc.)
- Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots.
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts, write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
