Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies and plans that drive sales growth, recruitment, and revenue generation in the MLM business model.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring optimal performance.
• Recruitment: Drive recruitment initiatives, expand the salesforce and ensure the onboarding and training of new members
• Compensation Plans: Design and implement compensation plans and incentives to motivate and reward salesforce performance.
• Sales Training: Develop and execute sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in an MLM or direct sales environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of multilevel marketing business models, sales strategies, and recruitment techniques.
• Project management and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
