Our client is looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies while effectively managing performance across the vehicles sales value stream within the context of the business plans. Responsibilities

• Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Network Development: Expand and strengthen the business network to enhance market presence.
• Principal Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including reporting, negotiation, and product planning. Oversee volume management of vehicles (orders and stock management).
• Channel Performance Management and Team Coaching: Lead and coach the sales team to improve performance and meet targets.
• New Projects Management: Take charge of new projects within the sales department.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field. An MBA or other masters degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Previous experience in the Iraqi market is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations is mandatory.
• Proven track record of success in the automotive field, with a history of increasing sales and revenue.
