Job Description

Sales executives promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits. Salaries are often enhanced by a good benefits package, including commission-based earnings, bonuses, lunch allowances and sometimes health insurance and a company car.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds strong relationships with key surgeons in the given area, while able to cover derma and aesthetic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
  • Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
  • Set and exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails, and making calls, and even attending product launches of competitors.
  • Builds and implements a sales plan for the assigned area, manages and tracks customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives, achieves sales targets, reports on sales progress and competitor and customer activities to sales leader, and utilizes the surgery management system to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to the customer.
  • Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.
  • Supports referral network of key surgeons and works with key surgeons to educate referrals on Al Shirawi Healthcare products. Strictly adheres to all laws and Al Shirawi Healthcare policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCP’s (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Sales Manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • MBA – Sales & Marketing
  • 2-Year Experience
  • Any relevant qualification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An outgoing and persuasive manner and negotiating skills.
  • Sales and customer relationship skills. confidence, determination and persistence.
  • Patience and self-motivation. the ability to you use your initiative.
