- Identify and research potential clients and target markets in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Actively prospect, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and services.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the event and exhibition industry.
- Strong understanding of the event and exhibition industry in the UAE, with an existing network of contacts and clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
