Build and Close Offer (50-60%)

Build customer intimacy and anticipate projects from FEED stage (early opportunity detection)

Assess project complexity and define a project strategy with the input of Account Manager

Understand the RFQ / Customer’s demand & actual needs and develop the value proposition for each offer

Conduct spec-in, spec-out, products qualification

Trigger tendering process (Go/No Go + RFQ to PL Tendering) and follow up on tender progress

Build with the Product Line (PL) tendering the best techno-commercial offer

Set target price

Validate costing and set the price

Launch and follow Tender approval process

Prepare and submit the commercial offer

Negotiate contract in coordination with Commercial Operations team

Lead clarification process, listen to & resolve open concerns

Close orders at approved margin

Order booking and other (20%)

Prepare and conduct hand over to project/ contract execution

Participate to the definition of Commercial Action Plan for respective product portfolio

Support Product leader in doing market assessment and competitor analysis

Be the voice of customer

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment with at least 2 years in high/medium voltage products or systems in a customer facing role.

Familiarity with META End Users and / or EPC contractors

Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice

Self motivated and energetic

Ability to adopt to a multi-language and multi-cultural environment

Desired Characteristics

Have experience in dealing with customers, both technically and commercially at all levels within a business

Have experience in handling Oil & Gas customers

Excellent communications skills

Ability to work in matrix organizations.

Fluent in English and a second language like Arabic / French
