Job Responsibilities:
- Providing consultation services to small to mid-size merchants.
- Handle simple negotiations from lead building to close and track progress within CRM.
- Manages the onboarding journey of the small to medium merchants to ensure a streamlined process by providing quality assistance services, liaising with other internal teams and sharing merchants feedback to constantly enhance the merchant experience.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
