A multinational consumer brand is looking for a passionate, customer-centric and data-driven Campaign Manager with Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to plan, execute, launch and manage marketing campaigns.
- Helping the team with campaign planning and project release based on the stakeholder requirements.
- Setting deadlines for project deliveries, managing escalations, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns based on business needs using the Salesforce marketing cloud tools.
- Manages the entire email deployment process, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, targeting, automating, setting up A/B tests, QA, scheduling deliveries, tracking, and reporting
- Support the Campaign Management team with industry best practices.
- Manage activity scope and deadlines for multiple projects.
- Extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. It is preferred that the candidate has relevant Salesforce Certification.
- The ability to set up end-to-end email campaigns is essential.
- An in-depth understanding of marketing strategy and specific expertise in targeting, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign analytics.
- A strategic thinker and fast learner with excellent communication, collaboration, and client handling skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple projects.
