Job: Develop and maintain all Chemistry programs, processes, and procedures to ensure adherence to and alignment with regulatory standard. Implement governance and oversight activities throughout the planning, execution, and operational phases of Chemistry function for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BNPP Chemistry activities and prepare oversight assessments to achieve the highest level of safety and reliability.
• Develop and maintain all Chemistry programs, processes, and procedures to maintain operational excellence and ensure adherence to and alignment with regulatory standard.
• Review and monitor periodic and/or unscheduled activities including surveillance and check of Chemistry systems and equipment to ensure the highest standards of conduct.

Requirements:

• Develop periodic data review graphs and reports such as the Chemistry Trend to analyze plant performance and look for improvement opportunities.
• Prepare chemistry periodic reports for management oversight to assist in safe operations.
• Prepare chemistry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) report to upgrade the performance of the facilities to ensure alignment with standards.
• Identify urgent and emerging issues to line management to ensure expedient mitigation.
