Responsibilities
- Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize both hard and soft facilities management services, thereby enhancing the functionality of retail facilities.
- Executing corrective and reactive maintenance activities to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contributing to the development of contract-specific Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Managing the Defect Liability Period (DLP) to ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues and observations.
- Supporting Senior Leadership in technical evaluations for new tenders and capital expenditure projects.
- Assisting in managing the Community Management teams budget, recommending budget adjustments, creating project timelines, and ensuring operational excellence within allocated resources.
- Managing the operating budget of the Community Management department and maintaining transparent financial records.

Requirement
- Membership in the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM), formally BIFM (minimum), certified membership preferred.
- Accredited technical training certifications related to Community Management are an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 1+ years in a retail environment, preferably within the UAE.
- Solid understanding of fit-out work in retail assets.
- Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software.
