The Senior E-Commerce Sales Manager is accountable for growing the e-commerce business through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Business Unit Managers, Channel, Sales and Technical Teams within Mindware.

Responsibilities:

• Define online sales strategy;
• Establish sales budgets and targets and cascade to the team accordingly;
• Manage the entire product(s) line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customers;
• Research, analyze and attract potential partnerships for E-Commerce platform;
• Lead where applicable the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
• 10 years’ of relevant experience
• Strong ecommerce experience from distribution and technology industry
