In this role, you will order the monthly units, manage the vehicle cost build up (CBU) including DMS stock creation supporting sales operations; manage new vehicle delivery registration (NVDR), including accurate subsidy and / or volume bonus claims process.

Responsibilities
1. Maintaining order records and update forward order plan
2. Create model and master cost build up file.
3. Maintain DMS codes and specification tabs.
4. Timely process management of port clearance and documentation.
5. Finance invoice processing for relevant payments.
6. Manage e-commerce platform for specification, pricing, and stock availability.
7. Process all customs payments via finance.

Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in marketing or business administration
- Automotive vehicle order management
- Experience with Data management and financial input, DMS and MS Excel
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
