The Senior Manager Finance is a strategic role with the responsibility of ensuring the stability of a Real Estate’s finances, in line with Aloft Hotel financial policies and procedures imposed by the corporate finance team:/

Job Responsibilities

• Budgetary preparation and implementation of financial forecasting processes
• Provide financial support in the development of strategic and commercial plans of the division

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
• Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
