As Fragrance Development Manager, your role will be to provide in depth evaluation, marketing knowledge in order to drive creation of winning fragrances, hand in hand with perfumers, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

· Be responsible for briefs related to Fine Fragrance category in EMAE region- You will manage and win projects by selecting or developing fragrances according to brief guidelines.

· Contribute to winning briefs by selecting suitable fragrances that meet customer needs

· Manage the collection/ Build up and Promote Library and ensure its alignment with business needs and customer requirements

· Work as a partner and guide for Perfumers

· Collaborate with marketing teams to exchange trend information + internal & client presentation

Requirement

· 10 + years Evaluation experience within the Fragrance Industry

· Deep knowledge on the Fine Fragrance industry

· Strong creative & technical evaluation skills

· Solid understanding & application of regulatory constraints

· Knowledge in one or more market segments: Personal Care, Home Care

· Fluent in English, (Arabic and French will be a plus)
