Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s goals and address current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure candidates’ skills and qualifications match the job requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and set realistic expectations regarding the hiring process.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, experience in a healthcare setting is a must.
- UAE Healthcare experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Knowledgeable in PQR (Dataflow MOH,DOH,DHA) and Licensing process (DOH, DHA & MOH)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
