The ideal candidate will lead all activities and tasks related to attracting, recruiting, developing, motivating, and effectively utilize the right human capital needed to achieve the objectives of SABIC office local and regional basis, Provides constant advice and support to the office country leader to direct the organization towards its strategic vision and mission on all issues related to HR, Administration and event management.

Responsibilities
- Has a prime focus on employee issues including all development and training activities locally as per approved workforce , budget and career development plans.
- Responsible to manage effectively and efficiently all basic HR activities as per SABIC approved Human Resources policies & procedures.
- Manage and execute different events in the region with a good knowledge of executive protocol.
- Ensure full compliance of all HR policies, procedures, and practices according to applicable laws and regulations on both local and regional basis.
- Responsible to recruit the most qualified talents as per the approved organization structure and Workforce plan and ensure positive candidate and new hire expereince.

Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administartion or any relative field.
- At least 5 -15 years’ of relevant work experience.
- A depthof experience in a fast paced and hands on role, preferably with a multi Business units within a global environment.
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).
- Experience in dealing with people having different ethnic and cultural background.
