Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 8+ years of legal experience
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as in-house or Law Firm with focus on Tech, Media & Telecommunications
• Intellectual property experience including copyright law, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, or other types of intellectual property (IP)
• Time Management with managing various complex projects
• Excellent business communication and presentation
