Job Description
As Senior Manager – Digital, you’ll help lead a cross-functional team across Middle East & Africa that includes Digital strategy, planning, delivery, and educating the group at large on best practice tactics – all connected to driving business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary support on multinational account across MEA region
- Developing KPI and data driven regional brand strategies, and aligning with the internal and external teams
- Stakeholder management across Client, Partner and Internal Management
- Providing data led insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients
- Defining best practice recommendations and scaling across the region
- Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies on the account
- Providing advanced actionable insights and implement them to see campaign take shape
- Communicating campaign details and objectives as necessary, including KPI expectations
- Keeping up with new digital trends to pilot strategic innovation
- Overseeing Performance team to drive quality assurance and delivery of set KPIs
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues with your team
- Developing direct reports through thoughtful and timely performance reviews and development plans
Qualifications
- A College or University degree required
- Experience running campaigns both from a technical and strategic side – 4-5 years preferred
- Full understanding of 360 Marketing strategy
- Deep familiarity with the digital environment
- Inquisitive, asks questions, out of the box thinker
- Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart strategic solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration, flexibility and the ability operate effectively – even in ambiguous circumstances
- Well organized, accountable, diligent, and detail oriented
- Able to identify and communicate project and team risks to senior team members and/or leadership
- Proven track record as a team leader
- Skill in breaking down larger efforts into digestible tasks for other team mem
