Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and other regulations from an audit perspective
- Lead the integration and optimization of People processes and systems, including overseeing the HRIS and maintaining accurate employee records
- Process payroll monthly and employee benefits administration promptly
- Adhere to local policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Handle employee grievances, and conflicts, and foster a positive work environment
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and exit employees respectively.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Operations and Payroll, preferably in the marcoms industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws
- Strong expertise in HR systems, process integration, and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of delivering both positive and negative feedback constructively.
