  • Reporting to: VP of Product
  • Location: Remote (or one of our offices in Dubai, UAE or Bahrain)

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on enhancing Calo’s value proposition – adding incremental value to the product and extending the value proposition to marginal users.
  • You will own your product vision and strategy based on the overarching Product Strategy
  • You will own your team’s OKRs & the roadmap
  • You will conduct user research to understand user behavior and to identify growth opportunities
  • You will lead product discovery in a cross-functional team to deliver solutions that maximize the impact
  • You will prioritize hypotheses and design experiments in collaboration with the cross-functional teams
  • You will work closely with the team of engineers, designers, analysts, marketing and commercial teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • You will work on product delivery with a cross-functional team by helping the team to prioritize a well-sliced product backlog
  • You will lead the release planning and communication of the outcomes and learnings across Calo
  • You will coach and guide more junior product managers in Calo’s Product team

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing or a related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in modern Product Management
  • Good understanding of how to measure feature-level metrics and feature-product fit (its impact on the product metrics)
  • You can translate a high-level business and product strategy into the lower-level team’s strategy
  • You have a track record in delivering measurable business outcomes by improving quantifiable business metrics
  • You are curious, analytical, and opportunistic
  • You have strong experimentation skills and a stellar ability to collaborate
  • You are well-versed with the app and web-based consumer behavior
  • You worked with and lead co-located and remote cross-functional teams
  • You are able to motivate your team and build an engaging team culture
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to balance priorities, and willing to take action
  • You challenge the status quo and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
