About the job

Our Senior Recruiters build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates while helping guide our clients through the recruitment process. As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a Consultative business partner for our clients, advising on hiring strategy and expectations, whilst also providing market insights to improve hiring processes and overall search strategy.

Requirement

• Extensive experience within In-House / RPO / Agency Recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Strives for process innovation and high-performance working
• Shown team working capability
• Excellent stakeholder and networking skills
• Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
• Opportunity to develop further recruitment and management skills
• Fluent level of English (must) & Arabic (preferred)
