1- Senior Rider Operations Associate
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring we hit supply targets in all cities – by monitoring every stage of supply processes to ensure we have the right size fleet in every city.
- Lead the execution of our hiring workflow in all markets and assure compliance with local laws.
- Primary point of contact for 3pl’s. Supporting 3pl’s in enhancing drivers performance and compliance.
- Autonomously design, set up, and track all processes related to rider onboarding – including target-setting, onboarding velocity, and efficiencies, right-to-work compliance, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in an operations role
- Intellectually curious, thoughtful, and comfortable questioning the status-quo
- Strong work ethic alongside an ability to tackle and bounce back from complex challenges and issues
- Able to use data to extract the relevant information, and identify and resolve issues. Proficient in Excel, or Google equivalent.
