Job Responsibilities:

  • Recommends annual sales targets and a promotional action plan to the Calogi Manager based on market need and feedback, competitor activities and assists in designing and developing sales and marketing strategies for the Portal focusing on GHAs, Airlines, Agents and 3PL operators in the USE and overseas.
  • Implement sales strategies in the logistics community through a combination of personal meetings, tele-sales and mailing activities, ensuring that the industry is made aware of the existence, variety, competitive prices and quality of the Calogi services available. Provides input into and co-ordinates the distribution of quality mailing, marketing and promotional material.
  • Handle customer grievances in a professional, diplomatic & in a timely manner, keeping in mind the Company’s policies and procedures in order to ensure service recovery, repeat business, investigation and fault rectification.
  • Conduct market assessment surveys by periodically interviewing existing/potential clients, keeping track of competitor’s activities, market trends etc. so as to contribute to new product/service development.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • Degree preferably with a Business Administration/Marketing or Sales specialisation.
  • Logistics/Cargo.Other : 3+ Years
  • Experience in an airline, GHA in a sales environment. Training in Airline Cargo Rating.
