This is a lead role and you will be accountable for the overall solution design and build of complex engagements across different business units. You will actively plan, design, build and test activities, working with the Project Lead to identify and mitigate risk to the project in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Execute on framework for the day-to-day operating processes of systems administration, change management and governance; developing a roadmap of improvement activities that are aligned to business goals.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third-party systems for enterprises using RESTFUL Services.
• Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and other integration implementation engagements from a technical standpoint.
• Mentor team members in Design, Development, Deployment, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce standard methodologies through teamwork and discussion with the business.
• Tackle issues raised by users and provide timely resolution. Support team members within Salesforce Platform team or Salesforce Support.

Requirements:

• Experience implementing and developing end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customisation – Apex Classes, Triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Content, etc
• Experience implementing and developing robust REST API
• Detailed understanding of Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its features.
• Understanding of devops best practices and deployments,”Copado” is a plus.
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Good understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, dashboards and reports and other content.
• Perform independent code reviews, build unit/integration test cases, and contribute to the generation of technical approach and design documentation as needed.
