We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Service Advisors (Customer Service) to work with our Toyota & Lexus Team across the UAE.  Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, you are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Ask Question and record customer requests without delay
b- Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
c- Empathize and clarify customer requests.
d- Inform customer after work completion and agree pick up time.

Job Requirements:
a- Technical Diploma or High school graduate would be an ideal fit
b- Able to communicate effectively
c- Customer service experience will be an added advantage
